No Show Policy: If you fail to show up for your appointment or are more than 15min late, you are considered a “no show” and will be invoiced for up to 75% of your missed service. This will need to be paid prior to scheduling any future services.

If there is a problem with your service, or an adjustment  needs to be made, please contact your service provider directly to have changes or issues addressed, within 2 weeks of initial appointment. After a 2 week window, any changes will be subject to a pricing as a “new service” and no longer a free adjustment.
