Salon Policies

Cancellation Policy:
Please provide at least 24–48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments are scheduled with the client's time and service in mind. Late cancellations limit our ability to fill the allotted time, or accommodate clients on our waiting list.

No-Show Policy:
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, missed entirely, or arrivals more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show and will incur a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service. No-show fees will be invoiced, and must be paid in full before booking future appointments.

Refund & Redo Policy:
We do not offer monetary refunds for services rendered. If you are dissatisfied or require an adjustment, please contact your service provider or the owner within two (2) weeks of your appointment. Requests made after this period will be treated as a new service and charged accordingly.

 

Pet Policy:

Service animals are always welcome, in accordance with applicable State laws.

Personal pets are not permitted as clients or visitors.

You may occasionally see the owner's two beloved dogs, Roxy and Rogue, on site. If you have allergies, concerns, or specific needs related to their presence, please notify your service provider, prior to your appointment, so we can ensure everyone’s comfort and safety.
